Using Multiple Effects on an Object Won't Work

Hi,

I have created some custom callout boxes, using smart shapes, unique icons, and text captions. These are all grouped into a single object. I have applied two effects this object, a Stretch from Left, and Stretch from Top, giving me a callout that expands out and down from the upper left corner of the callout.

When I preview it within Captivate from the timeline, it displays fine, but if I use F8, from this slide preview option, only the first effect plays.

How can I get both effects to work in tandem?

Can you post a screenshot of the Timeline with the Effect timelines expanded, please?

You want them to happen at the same time? I thought they would have been one after the other, sorry.

Stretch from Top and Stretch from Left are not working from the registration point of the group, but from Top and Left side of the slide. Is that what you want?

I had and reported several issues with combinations of Effects in SWF output, everything normally works fine in HTML5 output. Which output do you want?  I just double checked and that combination has the same issue: perfect in HTML5 output (tested with F11 - HTML5 in Browser), not for SWF output. If you are using a normal, not a responsive project, F8 (and all other preview methods except F11) are using SWF output.

You can try a combination of Scale To and Move (because Scaling will happen from the center point of the group). It will probably have the same problems with SWF output.
