Using the Rating Scale (Likert) in a Survey Questionnaire
I am trying to create a survey using the Rating Scale questions, but under Insert Questions this option is greyed out (disabled). How do I enable it?

Likert questions are not supported for Responsive projects. So you probably are talking about a responsive project?
Workaround: either use the radiobuttons interaction to create custom likert questions, or use the MCQ type of question.
