Video Playback issues

Hello Friends

I am using captivate 8, and am busy making a marketing document which includes a video homepage. The video homepage has 6 buttons which each take you to a separate slide to watch the videos. Then once they are in the video slide, they have an escape option (via clickbox) to jump back to the video homepage should they not want to watch further. Alternatively the end of the slide will auto-jump the viewer to the video homepage.

No problems there.

The problem arises when they attempt to re-watch the videos after having left the video page (whether they watched until the end or whether they left via home button the result is the same), the video starts playing about a second or two in.
