Want to provide feedback to true/false quiz question

I'm using Captivate 9 on windows 7 platform. I've tried the plain True/False question slide and the multiple choice question slide, graded and survey forms to no avail. When someone clicks True and it is true, I want to add a little teaching and affirm why it's true. When they click False and it's true, I want to explain why that's an incorrect answer. I can find the spot to insert that instructive text.
