Web objects always on top - any solution to that?

Just wondering if anyone has found a way to display Captivate objects on top of web objects.  All my searches through the forums provided no results, unfortunately.

I have tried setting UseWidget7 to 1 in the ini file but it seems to remove all intractivity from the web object as well as prevent me from being able to unhide it if the web object is originally hidden.
