What settings to use for recording live game.

I want to make soccer highlights for players, but I want to be able to pause recording until the player makes a touch, so I don't have to make recording of whole game. What setting do I use because video demo doesn't have a pause/play key in the settings.

    Video demo lead to a totally passive video.  To turn it into an interactive video you'll have to use it in a cptx-project. Have a look at this article where I did insert some 'interactive buttons'. It is certainly not your use case but it proves that you can pause the video in that case:
