Please help!

I receive this error when trying to record the screen:

"Capture is disallowed since High-Density display was detected. Please Set DpiAwareness =1 in AdobeCaptivate.ini and restart the application"

Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Hi there

Have you attempted to take the steps that are mentioned? Basically you need to find the file named AdobeCaptivate.ini and try editing it to add the statement referenced.

Cheers,,, Rick

it says acces denied. Is it because I still have the trial version? I can save the file as it is.

No, the ONLY thing the trial prevents you from doing is using it beyond 30 days as well as turning off the time bomb for things you create. Other than that, it's fully functional.

Normally Windows prevents you from saving files in certain places. For that you have to sometimes get creative. Saving first to a folder that does allow it. Then perhaps copying from that folder to where you want it to be.
