White Screen keep showing on mobile Adobe Captivate 2017

When I publish the file for devices (app) and open it using my Android phone, the white screen keeps loading non-stop. Any solution for this problem? Is this related to the number of slides? Before this, the app working just fine with few number of the slide. Hope someone can provide a solution, its urgent for me.
