why am i unable to find captivate 9 in creative cloud packager

I'm a entry-level packager. I just package Illustrator CC 2015 using the Cloud packager  V 1.9 and I have Captivate 9.0 to package. I don't see the application when I enter the s/n for this version in the CC packager which I've retrieve from Adobe licensing site but I was able to see Captivate 8 using the s/n from the licensing site. how do I package Captivate 9 not using the CC packager

    Captivate is not part of the Creative Cloud, maybe that is the reason?

    thanks for the confirmation. I saw a post earlier where the user stated they completed packaging captivate 9 using the creative cloud packager so I wonder why I'm not seeing it.

    I'm manually installing the .exe and I uncheck the components but there are other products installing like math magic, quiz analyzer, etc... are still installing with captivate 9, how do I stop the other installs
