Why can't I select Modify > Rescale Project in Captivate 9?

Hi,

I am trying to rescale my whole project resolution size. Read that I am to select Modify and Rescale project on an open project, but the whole drop down bar was un-clickable except for the mouse tab.

Kindly advice! Thanks!!!!

    Hello, I have a screen size issue that I think may be resolved by rescaling my project, and mine is a demontration video.  Can it be rescaled? (I assume not as I'm in Cap 9 and can't find the option either in Modify or Modification (as they're called in the French version).

    I'm American, so you can keep it in English unless you want to practice your French.   It's a demonstration video (that's what Adobe Captivate calls it when you create it), so I don't know whether it's responsive or normal.

    Hi Jazz,

        Are you trying to re-scale Responsive Project? if yes, it is not supported in it.

    if you couldn't do it in normal project, please write back to me at Sankaram at adobe dot com.

    @Sankaram OP already answered that it is a normal project, not a responsive project.

    Sorry my bad. Just found out it is actually a responsive project (yes I am very new to UI). So does that mean there's no way I can re-scale it manually? Sankaram‌ Lilybiri‌

    Filmstrip is active, not master slide panel (I presume you are in newbie

    UI)?
