Question

Why does the picture quality reduce when publishing to the hard drive using Presenter Video Express 11? My web cam recordings look terrible once published!

Why does the picture quality change when publishing to the hard drive? My web cam recordings look terrible once published! It looks fine in the editing process and then when watching the published version it looks terrible. I publish to my hard drive to store it and check it before deciding to publish on facebook, youtube etc. The video that promotes the product with all the backgrounds changing looks ace, the video recording of me doing a similar style presentation looks blocky and the my mouth does not seem to match the words smoothly as the frame rate seems poorer once published too. If it looks fine when editing, why does it not look the same once published? I hope there is a simple fix for this.

[First fix is to ask in the program forum... moved from Lounge... Mod]

Hi Glynn,

Sorry to hear about this. Can you share a sample project with us at DL-PVXProductionSupport@adobe.com? You can find the project in 'Documents/My Adobe Presenter Video Projects'. Please zip it and use Dropbox if the file size is too big for email. We will take a look and get back right away.

Thank you,
