Why is my Captivate 9 development window chopped off?

I just installed the trial of Captivate 9, and various parts of the developement window are chopped off. Many of the options of the popup windows are not visible. The ribbon and the top, is cut off from the bottom. I have a laptop and an extra monitor, which I disabled, and it still doesn't help. I changed the screen resolution, which didn't help either.  Any suggestions?
