    Scary title my friend...

CF8 really feels very good so far, performance is great. Lots of new stuff to learn, but yes, by all means Adobe, keep pushing the envelope on the server software side and don't raise the price of it!! :-)

    But wait a sec...

The BETTER the CF8 is the Better off we as developers would be (not like the ego-maniac's flawed logic, if CF8 can't do this (bug this, bug that), you go ahead figuring something else out (time, Opportunity Cost, silly (not you))...

That's the reason why developers need to 'push' Adobe in a way that it can take to make CF8 BETTER...

    "A kind of" :)

But this is also not good in general. That would mean there is a belief in the community* about a kind of risk. :(

Hey guys, seriously, do not worry, Adobe Coldfusion and many other Coldfusion projects are very much alive and well and will be for a long long time.

Let those who believe what they believe just believe. We know our language is Golden!

Let's not turn this thread into a paranoia trip. Coldfusion is alive and I'm happy!
