One example would be when I open a folder on the remote server, I get a message that the FTP connection has been lost. I have to right click on the folder and click on refresh. I somestimes have to do that several times. Many times, when I save a file, I get the same message. I have to change something in the file (often I just press the space bar) and save it again. I usaually have to do that several times until the file is saved. When using Eclipse I never have this problem.
