CFDocument with page numbering?

Is there a way to include page numbering, headers and/or footers in a PDF document generated by cfdocument?

I have used an outside program in the past, but nobody seems to trust cfexecute any more, alas.

Can somebody help me with this?

    Take a look at the documentation for cfdocumentitem. It demonstrates how to create headers, footers and page numbering.
