CFlayout color

Does anyone know how to change the color for cflayout from the gray to a different color. For example of the color i'd likt to use see this link http://www.extjs.com/deploy/dev/examples/feed-viewer/view.html. Seems like it would be easy but I can't seem to find anything on this.

    get firefox browser.
    get firebug ad-on for firefox.
    inspect the cflayout's css using firebug. note which css rule sets the
    color you want to change.
    add your own css rule in your page to over-ride the cf-generated ones
    you want to change.
