Change language of CF Builder UI?

Hi,

apparently ColdFusion Builders zu adjusts to the language setting of the operating system. Although I selected English as installation language, I now have German menus. Considering that most of the talk about Eclipse and ColdFusion Builder (Flex and Flash Builder, too) is in English, I just would like to have an English UI. Anybody know if/how this can be changed?
