ColdFusion \ Web Server Start Order

Is there a preferred order in starting

ColdFusion with respect to the web server?

ColdFusion first then webserver

OR
web server first then ColdFusion

Normally i start web server 1st since it's the base for CF to work, but that's just me.. i don't think it really matters.

Since coldfusion is going to have to server the coldfusion filetypes to the webserver, i would guess

coldfusion should probably start first. Don't think it matters a whole lot, though, since you're only talking

secs for either one to start.
