Developer server

Just want to make sure I understand the Free CF 8 Developer edition.
The free CF 8 Developer edition can be on a Development server but it can only have 2 client workstations (at one time) connecting to it or is it 2 workstations maximum connecting to it? And since its free development software it does not come with a license??

I was hoping to get free Developer CF 8 Developer server and have 20 workstations use it for development but it doesnt seem like that is allowed?

    no that's against the dev license & physically impossible as the dev box will
    only talk to the first 2 IPs that connect to it until the cf server service is
    re-started. you can however simply install the cf dev server on your 20 w/s &
    use it's built-in web server for development.
