Error Consuming Web Service

I am attempting to consume a web service from our Oracle instance. I received an error when I went to put the web service url into DreamWeaver CS4. I have been unsuccessful in locating the reason for the error. I tried recreating the cache file and the site cache. Those did not fix the issue.

Here is the error...

Error in server behavior CF6ProxyGen.htm: the value returned from ApplyServerBehavior is not a text string.

Any help is appreciated.

What does it have to do with CF Advanced Techniques?

Because I am utilizing it to build an advanced CF app and did not know where else to put it.
