I cannot get the grid to format to the exact row width

I am using an html cfgrid to display 3 columns. The problem I am seeing is that even when there are not enough rows returned to reguire a scroll bar there is a right margin that is the width of the scrollbar causing the grio look "funny" I need to get the grid to size correctly without this margin.

Any thoughts? I have tried using css styling but it is ignored.
