I cannot register my commercial CB 2 upgrade version

I purchased a ColdFusion Builder 2 license - with an upgrade from Adobe Web Premium 5.5. It recognized my CFB 2 serial number just fine - but it is not picking up my CS Web Premium 5.5 serial number (yes, all clear and legal of course). Very weird, can Adobe please check this out?

I am running CFB 2 on a new MacBook Air 13 with OSX Lion - 1.8GHZ i7 . I have Adobe CS 5.5 Web Premium already installed on the machine - all verified, all good. Thanks.
