Question
.NET install on 64 bit windows CF8 multiple instances
We initially installed CF8 64 bit (multiple instances)
without .NET integration support. We forgot we had some COM object
creation going on and need to update to .NET calls. We've upgraded
our DLL to 64 bit support .NET and registered it. But now we have
to figure out how to enable .NET integration on our already created
instances?
I've downloaded the installer. Questions:
1 - Same installer for both 64 bit and 32 bit for .NET integration? I downloaded the one that seemed available
2 - When running the install, it is asking if we want to install it stand alone or with ColdFusion. I'm assuming ColdFusion since we are instantiating these object from CFM pages.
3 - What path do I give it? Do I have to install once for each instance?
