Problem with web server connector CF 10

I just installed CF10 Enterprise on my Windows 2008 Server. When I went to setup the web server connector, I noticed not all the IIS websites are showing in the list. If I add the handlers manually through IIS, the websites work fine, but that will be very time consuming.

Why is the web server connector only showing some websites? The 'All' option only applies the settings to those listed.

    Did you have a previous version of CF installed?  I had a similar problem that when I uninstalled CF and then tried to reinstall CF it wouldn't connect to IIS at all.  The website connector box showed no available IIS sites...  luckily I was just about to format and reinstall Windows 2008 and start over, but in the future that won't be an option.
