Adobe Cloud Plan not showing up on account after purchase

I purchased the annual adobe cloud membership a week ago, but all my programs are still expired? It doesn't show up on my adobe account either, yet I signed in with the one I made the purchase with. I got charged and had the confirmation email too.

Really need to get my programs up and running :"((
