i have bought illustrator a week ago but now it is telling me to pay 20 dollars again!!! what is the problem??!

Hi. Please sing out and sing in again from the Creative Cloud desktop application, that could fix that issue.

Which subscription did you take out a week ago?

Does it show in your Adobe Account as an active "plan"?

 

In the last week did it run saying it was a "free trial" for the entire week, counting down the days and finally stopping as promised?

i have clicked the "buy now" option i entered my email and i paid online then i installed the app and started working in it today they closed it
