adobe is declining my billing info in India

i am beginner and i tried to install PHOTOSHOP CC in my PC for the first time . But i can't proceed further because adobe is declining my billing info . i have checked all the details and all are correct . Is there any issues in India ?

In addition to what @Just Shoot Me said, make sure you are using a CREDIT card. If I recall correctly, Adobe does not accept debit cards as a method of payment.

IIRC you have to buy Adobe programs from a Local, India based, Reseller.
