All acounts went down for 3 days eplaced cridet card but payment still stuck & Could't reach support

Hi there we had credit Card cancelled and we updated the new one but still pyment didn't go throw and i'm the admin i can't reach support always get this message All company acounts went down fo 3 days now

    I was chicking my account found this 

    payment faild and
