assist with account
I was under a special discount with creative cloud which i've been with for over a decade.
I was sent to the hospital via 911/ambulance in June 2021. I was in the hospital then physical rehab until just about a week ago.
I was hoping to just restart my subscription but it is gone now and I would have to pay full price to sign up again.
How can I reach support directly to handle this? there weren't any emails listed in my main account (this is not that account) and I can't find a way to contact them
