Quiero cambiar mi plan anual por otro plan que es menos costoso pero cada vez que lo intento me sale un anuncio diciendo que no puedo y que lo intente denuevo.

You can only change it from your account if you purchased it directly from Adobe.

If not purchased directly from Adobe, you need to contact the vendor from which it was purchasd.
