Can't Contact Customer Support - Mission Impossible

Hello,

It's been weeks that I have been trying to reach customer support which is very frustrating. Emials don't get received and the chat option just redirects to tthe same page.

I have received in December my confirmation mail tthat my student status has been validated and cleared. However Adobe keeps sutracting the regular monthly fee from my account. I would like customer service to please adjust the payment plan and return the excess payment which was deducted from my account. Also, it would be greatt if the possibiliyt to reach customer service could be fixed since this is very frustrating. It rather seems like customer service intentionally doesn't want to be bothered.

Thanks & Best

What do you mean "emails don't get received"? Where did you get an email address?

Adobe does not provide email support. Your options are using Chat or making a phone call. To use chat, you must be:

  1. Signed in with your Adobe ID
  2. Allow cookies in your web browser
  3. Disable any ad, pop-up, or script blockers

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Typing AGENT into the chat window should connect you directly to a CSR rather than the AI.

You can also search this page for a regionally appropriate phone number for customer support.

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html.

Be aware that because of the pandemic, wait times are far longer than usual due to reduced staff and higher demand. Please be patient with the people to whom you speak. Like you, they are feeling a great deal of stress. A little patience and understanding will go a long way to helping you in your particular situation.

Hello,

the chat function does not work for me, the site keeps redirecting me (being logged in) and does not display any type of chat support...

I'd try clearing cookies on your current browser. Quite a few websites start having issues if you have what they consider to be too many cookies. If that doesn't work, try using a different browser, because annoyingly that is sometimes the issue.

Or you can try a phone call, using the information on the page I gave you a link for.

I hope one of these works for you.
