Cancel free trial version

Hello,

 

the adobe products, that were installed on my computer (and belonged to the company i worked for) expired. I hit "the free trial option", that activated a 7 day trial period for photoshop. i want to cancel the trial, because i don't want to pay for it in 7 days.

But there is no option to cancel.

At account.adobe.com/plans it says, that i have no paid plan. so i cannot cancel anything..

 

Please help

The company that you worked for may be responsible for the charges.

Uninstall the software.

If you didn't give a credit card number, you won't be charged for it.

 

If it was for Photoshop Elements, and not Photoshop, then there is no charge after the trial expires. It just won't open.

    Also make sure you're using the same Adobe ID (email login) as before; if not, then it's a different account even if on the same computer.
