Cancel photography plan

Question

Hi, this is may first post here, if I posted wrong i'm sorry. I want to cancel this photography plan but I saw that I have to pay for this. The reason is that I don't use it at maximum capacity and I don't want anymore to pay for it. There is a posibility to cancel this plan without any payment? Thank you very much.
