Cancellation fees and Offers

Hi all,

Quick question: when I want to cancel my subscription, there are cancellation fees. Not going to rant about it, that's part of the contract. However, they're making me offers (2 free months or one year at a discounted price) which are interesting.

My question is: if I take one of the offers, so I basically renew my subscription (if I take one more year), am I going to be charged with the cancellation fees? Cause if they do, that makes their offers kinda worthless.

Thanks !

    San K., good evening.
When you receive an offer, it is the same thing as continuing your contract, so there is no termination fee at that point.

Since the offer is being presented because you don't want them to cancel, there is no way you are

going to charge a cancellation fee from the customer who accepts the offer.

Please note, however, that if your annual contract is renewed during the 2-month free offer, you will be charged the same cancellation fee if you try to cancel after the free period has ended.
