Cannot cancel free trial but billed anyway

Question

I tried out the free Adobe stock trial and it wasn't for me. Cannot cancell the free trial as my account says I have no paid plans. Nowhere does the platform allow cancel but I get billed at the end of the the trial period! What a scam! Take peoples money but they cannot opt out

Please contact support for appropriate redressal of this issue, since this is an account related thing no one on the forum will be able to help.
