Cannot log into my account at Android.

Hello!

Professors, 

Here, I have already gotten an account at my thinkpad. However, I can't log into this account at my phone (Android system). And what the tip the app told me is that"You no longer have access to this service. Please contact Adobe Customer Support if you believe this is an error."My God! Since in  the whole process,  I may make mistakes in the first few times I acquire more than 3 times  verified code in case of inputting wrong code. Finally, you totally rejected me forever? Think of that you maybe take me as a robot for frequently ask the verified code. Now I explain it to you.

Could you please help me?
