CC & CS6 Lizenz-Problem

Hallo Leute!

 

Wir verwenden zurzeit 8x Creative Suite Design Standard, 1x Creative Suite Design and Web Premium, 1x Creative Cloud (alle Applikationen) und als Team: 7x inDesign CC Lizenzen. Die Teammitglieder sollen nun die komplette Creative Suite CS6 verwenden können + die neuen inDesign CC Lizenzen. Jetzt bekommen die Mitglieder z.B. beim öffnen von Acrobat X Pro (mit eigener Team-ID angemeldet) immer wieder die Meldung: Creative Suite Design Standard CS6 "Sie können dieses Produkt für 30 Tage testen". Die Software kann natürlich mit dem Hauptkonto (admins) aktiviert werden, jedoch kann dann inDesign CC nicht verwendet werden, da dafür die Team-ID verwendet wird.

 

CS6 & Creative Cloud (alle Applikationen) ist auf die Adobe-ID: Wuercher registriet

inDesign CC (Team-Lizenzen) auf mehrere Adobe-IDs

Betriebsystem: Windows 7 & Windows 10

    Hi Nicolai, if your CC licenses and CS6 licenses are registered/activated under different Adobe IDs, then you won't be able to use them on the same machine at the same time...

     

    Each system can have one and only one Adobe ID activated on it at a time.

    Are all CS6s logged in with the same Adobe ID?
    In that case, notification via Adobe ID may occur.

    However, sharing Adobe ID is not permitted.
    Normally, one or more Adobe IDs are owned by the user, and CS6 is required to enter each user's Adobe ID.
