Changing the country of residence

Hello,

I recently moved from Germany to Switzerland and I am trying to figure out how to change my account's country of residence as well as the payment information. All help articles ask me to "contact support", but when I am redirected to the Contact page there is no way to contact support.

I must say, this is extremely infuriating. Any ideas on how I could get this done?
