Charged a Fee to Cancel

Canceled my account today ,after the cancelation I got billed  Candian $ 163.89 . Really ddid'nt want the programe in the first place , just didn't discontinue the free trial . If you can take care of this situation as soon as posible would be grately apresiated . thanks in advance .

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you buy a subscription... https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html

 

You agreed to pay for a year, and there is a fee to cancel early

If you're hoping for a refund then I'm afraid you're going to be disappointed. It's not going to happen. Early cancellation means an early cancellation fee is payable.
