Question

Charged for a free trial?

Hi there,

I installed photoshop yesterday and applied for free trial, however it asked me for payment details. Alot of websites do this so I didnt think it was anything weird. The free trial means I should not be charged until the 11th at earliest but when i checked my bank account, i have already been charged for it. Does this mean I have been charged for the monthly package? i am being charged about £20.

Thank you for the help

Check with your bank. Typically your card is initially charged a very slight amount like $1 to verify that the account is legitimate.   This slight withdrawal is credited back to you with your first payment.

Log-in to your Adobe account below and click on Manage Plans.

Verify your order is what you think it should be.

You should not have been charged until the end of the trial... if you did not cancel in time
