Confuse with the plan

After installing.  Restart your computer.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > Sign-in to Creative Cloud with your paid ID and password.

But, DO NOT PURCHASE. Your plan already gives you access to Premiere Pro, something needs to be fixed. The second picture you post is just the full price; you paid the academic price, but get all the same apps.

Make sure your Creative Cloud app is logged on with the account which paid for the plan, of course, that is how it knows.

The difference between both the plans is that it seems the first one is a student/teachers subscription and is discounted, also its a yearly plan so early cancellation incurs a cancellation fees.
