  • I purchased the student subscription for my class... money was taken of my card and I got a order confirmation email but when I go into creative cloud it doesn't have my subscription can anyone help????

If it doesn't work, then you need to contact support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
