Double Charged
I missed a payment on July, so today I changed my credit card information so that it could be billed. However, I was charged double which I don't understand for the following reasons:
- My plan began on the 20th of October,2019 (I am billed the 20th of every month) I payed all the way to the month of June
- There was an error in payment for the month of July (due to canceling my debit card for other reasons) which equates one missed payment.
- I changed my card info. today, which finally allowed adobe to charge the payment for the month of July, however, I was charged double.
- I have only missed one payment, and my next payment is on the 20th of August.
Therefore, I should logically be charged just once and then again on the 20th this month, but as of now, I have been charged two month's worth of payment.
