getting rid of Paypal information

Last year I bought a license for Adobe creative cloud, but when I entered in the code and went to the main menu, my code wasn't activated and the only thing I saw was that adobe didn't have my Paypal information. I didn't know what to do so I entered in my paypal, but then I saw that I'll get charged when my license is over (I don't have any money on myPaypal so I don't even know what happens when it charges).  Is there any way to get rid of my paypal info in my adobe account? If not I'll just delete my adobe account when my license is about to end, and make a new one or something but I'd rather not because of my portfolio.
