Haven't received email to confirm student status?

Hi,

I purchased a Creative Cloud plan after talking to an agent on the phone on Wednesday. I have not yet received an email to verify my student status. Is this normal?

check your account to see if you already have a student subscription (using your student id = student email address), https://account.adobe.com
