Reduce your zoom settings to normal or 100%.

Ctrl + 0 (zero) or Ctrl + - (minus) and repeat as required.

If this is a porblem of not being able to scroll to what you want to click on and or it being Off Screen and no way to get at it this can happen if you have your monitor set to a non native resolution. This is not Adobe's fault.
