Hi, I signed up for a "free trial" today only to find that I couldn't sign the document I needed on

Hi, I signed up for a "free trial" today only to find that I couldn't sign the document I needed on here. I just cancelled the subscription but it's saying I will still be charged for the yearly plan on a August 24? I ended up having to use docusign. This app did virtually nothing for me.

    Don't worry.  You have 14 days from the date you joined to cancel without penalty.
