How Can I call customer service to arrange a refund?
Hi Community,
Can someone please advise how I can speak or email someone at customer service?
I subscribed last month to Adobe Pro thinking I could use the service for a Charity I chair. However, I can't use it and want to cancel. I have not used the service at all as it doesn't work on my work computer (firewall) or my personal computer (old Apple operating system).
However, I'm being asked to pay $120 early cancellation fee and I'm hoping if I can talk to a human they will appreciate that I cannot use their service and have not used the service so they will waive the $120 fee.
