How can I pay for product renewal in advance?

I have two products: Dreamweaver & Dreamweaver Photoshop which will need renewing in Feb. next year (2021).

Can I pay for these products extensions in advance of the February date? (I would like to pay now if possible).

If so, how do I do it?
NB: I will be paying by Paypal.

i'm not sure you can do that without adobe support help. using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

click contact us (in the lower right)
in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
