How to Share Photography Plan with 1 individual (personal use)

Hello,

I have the Photography Plan (20G). My Dad has the last legacy version you sold (i.e. he is not on the supscription model). What is the most cost effective way for him to take advantage of my plan? We need the ability to use Photoshop etc at any time on our own PC's. Thank you.
